Since 1975, Hendricks Apartments, a family owned and operated company, has worked in the greater Tampa Bay area in the apartment rental business. For more than 40 years, we have successfully owned and managed our own multi-family units (apartments) and rental homes. We currently manage 9 apartment complexes in Pinellas County. Because of the enormous amount of work produced by each rental community, we have limited the number of apartment complexes in which we manage. We work very hard to manage every apartment, apartment complex and single family home as if it were our own home.
