1. Non Refundable $145.00 Application Fee pay for each adult (18 yr or older).
2. 2 People per bedroom maximum.
3. Driver Licenses and most current month of pay stubs must be emailed to us within 24 hours or application will be deferred (placed on hold) and after 14 Days will be completely cancelled. Send to: (alice@hendricksapartments.com, missy@hendricksapartments.com)
4.Gross Monthly Income must be at least 2 1/2 times the rent.
5. We don’t accept applications with more than one Eviction/Broken Lease; if that is the case Last Month’s Rent Required. Not accepted if eviction or broken lease is in the last 6 years.
6. No Felony Arrests within last 7 Years.
7.Our pet policy – (No aggressive Breeds, I.E. Pit Bulls & Rottweilers, per insurance company)
8.Credit Score must be at least 625 or better (if score is below 625 but close, we may ask for a last months rent)
All Pets Must be Screened through petscreening.com (please ask managers and or main office for details)
