Dear Community:
During these tough economic times, affordable housing has become a challenge for many in our community. At Hendricks Apartments we support those who provide services to our community – active Military, Fire Fighters, Police, EMS, Teachers, Nurses (R.N.’s) – and would like to offer them $275 in free apartment rent. There’s no gimmick or fine print. Simply rent an apartment in one of the Hendricks-owned properties in Pinellas County and we’ll provide $275 in vouchers to use as payment toward rent. Upon occupancy, new tenants will be awarded a coupon book with eleven $25 vouchers. One voucher may be used each month as credit toward rent, provided rental payments are made by the first day of the month. Vouchers for new residents only. Terms subject to change.
It’s that easy!
We are interested in supporting our public servants and hope that a partnership between you and our housing resources will strengthen our community, provide employees with a more affordable, quality apartment home, and link us with outstanding tenants. This is win-win-win for everyone!
Hendricks Enterprises is a family owned and operated company and has worked in the greater Tampa Bay area in the apartment rental business since 1975. For more than 30 years, we have successfully owned and managed our own multi-family units (apartments) and rental homes throughout Pinellas County. We strive to manage every apartment, apartment complex, and single family home as if it were our own.
Thank you,
Ben Tubbs, President

No one likes the hassles involved with moving, much less finding rental housing that accepts pets. That’s why at Hendricks Apartments, we’ve taken the hassle out of finding an apartment which is pet friendly.
At Hendricks Apartments we offer four properties which are pet friendly:
- Pinewood Apartments in St. Petersburg, FL – Dogs and Cats welcome
- Fairfield Avenue Apartments in St. Petersburg, FL- Dogs and Cats welcome
- Santa Rosa Apartments in Clearwater, FL – Dogs and Cats welcome
- Duplex & Triplex in St. Petersburg, FL – Dogs and Cats welcome
Before moving we suggest the follow tips before moving with pets:
- Give yourself enough time for your move
- Understand why many housing communities reject pets
Put yourself in the shoes of a landlord, housing manager, property owner, or condominium association board member for a moment:
- They may have had bad experiences with irresponsible pet owners who didn’t safely confine their animals or pick up their feces, sneaked pets in, or left ruined carpets and drapes when they moved out.
- They may be worried about complaints from neighbors about barking dogs and wonder how they are going to deal effectively with pet owners if problems arise.
All these concerns are legitimate so make sure to give yourself and your family the time you need to accommodate everyone, including your pet. Moving is stressful enough so be patient and understanding. We invite you to call us today and see if any of our pet friendly properties have vacancies.
