During these challenging economic times, affordable housing has become increasingly difficult for many members of our community. At Hendricks Apartments, we appreciate those who serve our community and would like to offer a special rent discount for Active Military, Fire Fighters, Police Officers, EMS Personnel, Teachers, and Registered Nurses (R.N.’s).
Eligible new residents who rent an apartment at a participating Hendricks-owned property will receive $275 in Rent Credits, distributed as monthly vouchers valued at $25 each. Upon move-in, residents will be provided with a coupon book containing eleven $25 rent vouchers (total value $275). One voucher may be applied each month as a credit toward rent, provided rent is paid on or before the first day of the month.
This offer is available only to new residents leasing at participating Hendricks-owned communities, including Belcher Park, Midway Court, Beltrees Plaza, Lakeshore Apartments, and Grand Haven Apartments. While Hendricks Apartments manages additional properties throughout Pinellas County, this promotion is available only at properties owned by Hendricks Apartments and is not available at properties we manage on behalf of other owners.
This offer cannot be combined with any other move-in special, discount, promotion, or concession. Only one discount or promotional offer may be applied per lease.
Vouchers have no cash value and may only be used toward rent at the participating property where the lease is signed. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

Put yourself in the shoes of a landlord, housing manager, property owner, or condominium association board member for a moment:
- They may have had bad experiences with irresponsible pet owners who didn’t safely confine their animals or pick up their feces, sneaked pets in, or left ruined carpets and drapes when they moved out.
- They may be worried about complaints from neighbors about barking dogs and wonder how they are going to deal effectively with pet owners if problems arise.
