Through the Resident Portal, you can:
- Make rent payments
- Submit maintenance requests
- View your account information
- Receive some maintenance updates and communication
- Download the Resident Center app for convenient access on your mobile device
Tip: To minimize processing fees when paying rent, we recommend using your bank account and routing number (ACH) instead of a debit or credit card.
Please note that while some maintenance updates may be sent through the portal, not all communication will take place there. If you have questions regarding your lease, rent, maintenance, or your residency, please visit our Contact Us page for the appropriate contact information.

If you are experiencing issues with the Resident Portal website or Resident Center app (such as login problems, password resets, or technical errors), please contact Buildium Customer Support directly. Hendricks Apartments is unable to troubleshoot technical issues with the portal itself.
